We’re always looking at ways to improve our service and adopt environmentally friendly processes along the way, so we are delighted to tell you about our new digital auditing system iAuditor.

Independent audits are carried out by our Account Managers and Contract Managers at all our sites, which assess cleaning operation, site health and safety, training requirements and cleaning standards. Audit reports are then passed to our clients, to assist in the smooth running of their cleaning operations.

By carrying out the audits digitally, reporting is simplified and paperless, creating a dramatic environmental saving in keeping with Atkins Gregory’s ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management certification. The audits evidence compliance to specific health and safety requirements and will prove invaluable as part of the pandemic transition back to work.

We chose SafetyCulture’s iAuditor because it is easy to use, allows us to create and edit inspection templates tailored to each client’s current needs. The app captures images and provides checklists with logic so only the relevant questions are asked. With analytics dashboards we can monitor and assess contracts and performance remotely, ensuring improvements to service where needed.

A digital auditing system has improved the process for both Atkins Gregory and our clients and that is congruent with our company vision and ethos.
