The client: Our client is one of the UK’s leading universities, with a facilities investment of more than £100 million in the last five years. The university caters for almost 40,000 full and part-time students from 185 countries. Student accommodation is extensive, with on and offsite provision of more than 1700 beds on the Cambridge campus alone.

This initial disaster recovery contract resulted in the facilities manager stating that the end-of-tenancy cleaning was of the highest standard delivered in their longstanding experience.
