The newly launched initiative is endorsed by BICSc, the largest independent, professional and educational body within the cleaning industry.
Atkins Gregory is delighted to join the industry in backing i-Recognise, which will encourage more people to #CreateaCareerinCleaning. We recognise the importance of our team and take great pride in every one of the cleaning operatives who are working hard to keep Cambridgeshire clean.
Simon Biggs, Managing Director at Atkins Gregory said, “I’m proud to support this initiative and say I recognise the importance of cleaning operatives, within Atkins Gregory and across the globe, who deliver the invaluable service of keeping our environments clean today and every day!”
Hot on the heels of i-Recognise is World Clean Up Day 2019 which takes place on 21st September 2019. World Clean Up Day is a civic movement which aims to unite the world to try and build towards a cleaner planet and, given that 18 million people across 157 countries are expected to join together to fight against worldwide waste, it seems to be working!
There are plenty of ways to get involved, from becoming a cleanup volunteer to organising your own cleanup. Click here to find out more about how you could help make the world cleaner.
