On Sunday 16th July, Marketing Executive Lois and Managing Director Simon both ran the 5k Bubble Rush Run in aid of Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.

As many of you will already be aware, Arthur Rank Hospice is our chosen charity of the year and so we wanted to take part in an event that would help raise awareness and funds. The 5k run took part in Huntingdon Riverside Park, and there were four waves of runners to ensure that all participants had the same foamy experience.

Having never participated in a Bubble Rush run before, Lois and Simon were unsure of what to expect. Upon arrival they were faced with gigantic bubble zones all colour coded that would release the bubbles during the run. They were handed their pristine white Bubble Rush T-shirts, not knowing just how they would turn out after the run. As they ran through the course their tops became more tie-dyed and their skin became a green/blue colour, there was not a white top in sight.

The Bubble Rush 5k run was an extremely well organised charity event, and this year Arthur Rank Hospice had a record number of runners (almost 1400), which is incredible! A fun day had by all, well done Arthur Rank Hospice and well done to Lois and Simon on completing their first Bubble Rush run.
