The 2020 instalment of our parent company’s extremely popular event will take place on 28th May in support of Little Havens Hospice.
The event may be six months away, but Monthind is launching the appeal now in an effort to raise as much as possible for a truly incredible local charity, thanks to the support of our always generous friends in the local business community.
Monthind is on the lookout for sponsors for our 2020 event, as well as any donations to be prizes in our raffle and auctions to take place on the day. The last Charity Golf Day, in 2017, raised £5,500 to support Little Havens, which relies on donations to keep their vital services effective and free for children and their families.
Little Havens provides hospice care for children and young people who have been diagnosed with a complex or incurable condition. Working with the mission of making the journey as comfortable as possible for the child and their family, Little Havens provide overnight respite breaks, emergency stays, symptom management and care at the end of a child’s life.
Monthind has been supporting Little Havens since 2017, and in that time, are proud to have raised thousands of pounds to support the charity’s incredible work through a range of events and challenges including the National Three Peaks Challenge, cake sales, dress down days, 200-miles cycle rides, and, of course, charity golf days.
