Monthind will take over responsibility for all Atkins Gregory staff, contracts and its headquarters in Cambridge, while the business will continue to trade as Atkins Gregory. The move, which sees Monthind’s contract portfolio increase to more than £10 million is of great strategic importance to Monthind Holdings.

The acquisition will secure Monthind’s place as East Anglia largest independent commercial cleaning company and will see the organisation create further employment, as Tony Felgate explains: “Having a base in Cambridge and expanding our delivery along the A12/A14 corridor is key to our strategy. We have safeguarded 275 jobs and will be creating further employment across the business from our Cambridge base. It’s a really exciting move for Monthind and great news for the region.”
